Coverage and field completeness vary by source. The report is not a legal opinion and does not include every possible NYC record.
- Sources
- DOB, ECB/OATH, HPD, FDNY, DOT, DSNY, 311, permits, complaints, Stop Work Orders, Certificate of Occupancy, and MDR — where those datasets return data for the address.
- Money fields
- Open/closed flags and penalty totals when the public source provides them. Totals are best-effort, not a closing statement.
- Purchase
- Search on /lookup, then pay $29 via Stripe. Email is required for delivery.

- Separate subscription after you add a property. The report is a one-time historical snapshot.
- Stop Work Orders
- Included when the supported DOB dataset returns SWO records for that address. Absence of a row is not a guarantee none exist.
